Our promise to you

We promise to treat your watch with the utmost care and return it to you clean and in good working order. There are many factors out of our control when it comes to opening a watch and there is no way to tell if something is going to fail until it does. When these things occur, we will do all we can to fix the issue. Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for them. However, if it is not something we can fix then we can provide an estimate for you. This is done offsite.
